Getting Started with Kubikwall

Welcome to Kubikwall! Here's everything you need to know to get started:

Creating Your Account

1. Click "Sign Up" in the top navigation
2. Enter your email and create a secure password
3. Verify your email address
4. Complete your profile (optional but recommended)

Understanding the Grid

Kubikwall is a 50x50 grid of squares (2,500 total). Each square can be purchased and customized with your own image and message.

Making Your First Purchase

1. Browse the grid and click on an empty square
2. Click "Purchase This Square" ($1.50 for first-time purchases)
3. Upload your image (JPG, PNG, or GIF)
4. Add a description (optional)
5. Complete payment through Stripe
6. Your square will appear on the grid!

Purchasing & Payments

How Pricing Works

Kubikwall uses incremental pricing:

• First purchase: $1.50 per square
• Subsequent purchases: Current price + $1.50
• Example: If a square costs $3.00, the next buyer pays $4.50

Payment Methods

We accept all major credit cards through Stripe:

• Visa, Mastercard, American Express
• Apple Pay, Google Pay
• Secure encryption for all transactions

Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the digital nature of our service, all sales are final. However, we may provide refunds in exceptional circumstances:

• Technical errors during purchase
• Duplicate charges
• Violation of our terms by other users

Images & Content Guidelines

Image Requirements

• Formats: JPG, PNG, GIF, WebP
• Size: Maximum 5MB
• Dimensions: Maximum 2160x2160 pixels
• Quality: High-resolution images recommended

Content Guidelines

To maintain a positive community, please ensure your content is:

• Family-friendly and appropriate
• Not offensive, hateful, or discriminatory
• Not pornographic or sexually explicit
• Not promoting violence or illegal activities
• Not infringing on copyrights or trademarks

Multi-Square Images

You can create larger images by purchasing multiple adjacent squares:

1. Select multiple squares by holding Shift and clicking
2. Upload a single image that will be split across squares
3. Pay for each square according to its individual price

Account Management

Profile Settings

Access your profile settings by clicking your username in the top navigation:

• Update your display name
• Change your email address
• Set your profile picture
• Manage notification preferences

Password Security

Keep your account secure:

• Use a strong, unique password
• Enable two-factor authentication (coming soon)
• Don't share your login credentials
• Log out on shared computers

Account Deletion

To delete your account:

1. Contact our support team
2. Provide your username and email
3. Confirm deletion request
4. Note: Your squares and images will remain on the grid

Reporting System

If you see inappropriate content:

1. Click the "Report" button on any square
2. Select the reason for reporting
3. Provide additional details if needed
4. Our moderation team will review within 24 hours

• Permanent account ban
